Bikers, family, and guests met up at the Musketeer pub. The bikers then set off (at high speed) to the funeral parlour. Meanwhile everyone else headed off to the funeral ground. A little while later the Hearse vehicle accompanies by the bikers arrived at the funeral ground. There were some 20-30 bikes/riders - very impressive and moving. The coffin bearers took the coffin to the round house where the funeral ceremony took place. There were many tributes from both family and from friends (some for 30-40 years). The another group of coffin bearers took the coffin to the burial ground. Unusually - after the coffin was lowered - guests were invited to cover the coffin; and finished with the final wreaths.
Everyone then returned to the Musketeer for a buffet.
